There are a few things that make it possible

1) Deep position this year. Lots of good LBs... do you need a great one or do you need help elsewhere ?
2) There are positions that are top heavy like CB, EDGE, and OT that will likely be taken first.
3) Need. There are some fast nasty ILBs that have been coming in the league. Not every team needs one.
That said, if he runs 4.45 at his pro day that likely seals it.
If he only runs a 4.6? He may make it to us.
Mocks I've seen lately have him going in the 60s and 70s.
