In 2019 that seemed to me to be his biggest issue. Just could not hold up in the middle vs big, strong guys. Stood up and pushed back in short yardage over and over again. It was not his intellect of knowing what to do or ability to move or aggressiveness. Just too small and not strong enough.
Now, could that be improved? Sure. Another 12 lbs on him and noticeably better strength and he could at least be a good backup. But just not sure he has the frame to do that. The fact that Shelton was the real backup center last year seems to say he was not there.
