Also, and to be honest, I haven't followed the story but are there any actual lawsuits having been filed? As far as I know these are allegations or claims being made. Also the fact that there may (may or may not be) criminal charges is immaterial since the standard of proof in a criminal case is different (beyond a reasonable doubt and unanimous jury verdict) where as in a civil case its more likely than not and a unanimous jury verdict is not necessary.
