Since we're only in the early, crazy time of FA aren't there another round of cuts post June1? At that point you've had the draft and one (or 2) mini-camps so you might have a sense of your personnel and what you're still missing. Teams cut veterans to make way for rookies or clear more cap.
Long ago stopped wearing a diaper in March as other teams took all 'the good players' who would have surely made us way better. I mean, almost all free agents match or exceed their performance from their former team when they get the big money on the new team, right?
