I agree...They have A LOT of picks, and Tua.
I can see Houston Taking a package of Draft Picks and getting Tua. Then, still picking a QB at #3.
Let those QB's battle it out for a few years and see who wins the battle....Then, you trade the other QB for a few more picks.
