It's weird if his departure was contentious but not if it was amicable or had nothing to do with football.

I believe that his daughter is also on the Rams payroll in some capacity. If she’s also staying it kinda indicates an amicable departure for Aaron.

So strange, though. I mean, the whole scene seems strange.

I'm thinking she's not on the Rams payroll. Her Twitter profile says "Rosemary Beach Real Estate Agent | NFL Network | Host of Huddle Up At Home | Texas Aggie | Instagram: @brookekromer". I also looked her up in the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Rams Media Guides and she's not in any of them.
