For the most part, I only follow the Big XII, so I'm not familiar with him. I liked his speed and his ability to return kicks. Webster ain't cuttin the mustard.
The kid from N. Texas I have heard of. I have a friend that went to grad school at N. Texas and he's always talking him up.
For Reynold's size, I've always felt he wasn't as aggressive going up for catches and had some mental lapses with dropped passes.
I don't necessarily care what the size, shape, or speed of the guy is as long as they are a deep threat. Speed helps, but isn't necessary to be a deep threat, as you know.
