Watching the Chiefs, just spread the field with speed and let your QB get to work.
I think that's where McVay is heading. Thus, bring in STAFFORD to run the show!
You watch today...The Chiefs don't chuck it deep very often. They just create mismatches you can't stop. 10 -15 yd passes that turn in to 30 yard CHUNKS after the catch.
RB's out in the flats with LB's chasing.
TE's crossing or in the seams.
WR's crossing behind LB's.
Then, they "pop" with a run up the gut.
QB runs when everyone is covered and there's green grass in front of you.
Stafford can do that, he can do all that. Rams get 2-3 SPEED guys on the offense....I can see McVay thinking this is what he wants.
