McVay Loses Assistant Coaches

It's bothered me that McVay rarely promotes his assistant coaches, especially to the highly desired coordinator positions. IMHO this leads to less loyalty by his coaches to him. And that has an effect on whether his assistant coaches stay loyal or jump ship. Disappointed to see such a purge this off-season.
