I am fascinated by this fact...

We've seen OCs/DCs leave teams to become HCs and they have great success where their old team starts to fade. We've also seen HCs lose their coaches and players and reload and it's no big deal.

Is Snead the Genius or is Holmes or are they both good? Different but complementary skillsets?

4 more years will tell us a lot.
