Boy you talk about insider trading......LOL......Not going either way personally on this deal, I don't like giving up #1's every year, but thus far it hasn't really hampered us. Stafford has what it takes to be a QB no doubt, like many say we NEED to get that center position covered. His long ball ability needs to be taken advantage of, also think he has a higher grade in reading a defense. He's played with an overall weak team his career, want to see if he has a young, fresh spring to his giddyup coming here, bet he does.
Maybe the new place puts a halt to his nagging injuries and he can not only improve the offense output, but do it for a few more years then many think? If I'm going positive may as well add in a healthy hope as well.
As far as Jared goes, wish him the best, he was a team guy and hope that continues. He's a tough nut and where he's heading he'll need that for a year or 2. We'll see how much he can lift the lions. It'll be interesting in how the lions handle their O with him, don't know what kinda run game they have. If they go to the dink and dunk, or if they unleash Jared with the long game.
