Maybe he's maxed out but he brought this team success.

McVay brought this team success. Goff was a draft bust that had to be saved. McVay was able to do that for a while but at the end of the day, Goff's Ram career was 1 1/2 years of greatness and 3 1/2 years of disappointment. A certain amount of bashing is warranted.
