I think this was the best the Rams could do. You KNOW they inquired about Watson. Was obviously gonna be a LOT more than this. Stafford is not a bad QB at all. Has he been injured? Yes. But so has Watson. It OBVIOUSLY was time for Goff to go. Stafford has played well for the most part with absolute GARBAGE around him. ANY Vet QB of any value was gonna be expensive. We could wait on a young guy , who MIGHT develop into something good in three years. But like we ALL have been saying. Lets go for it while AD and the D is still young. I can certainly see the initial shock. It hit me! But I think we will be fine. No more hoping that Ackers gets 150 yards and the D holds the other guys to 17 or less.
