Personally, I think they’ve earned that much in these past 4 years.

Apparently, the status quo at QB was no longer an option while wasting prime years of dozens of quality teammates. Snead/McVay are not ones to dither once they come to such a conclusion.

I kinda admire that quality. Now time will tell if they chose wisely.
