The scenario that seems to make the most sense for the Rams would be to look for a deal of Goff plus draft choices for either Watson, maybe Stafford, or a pick high enough in the first round to get a QB they covet. Maybe there is some team who would think they can salvage Goff's career and take a chance on him if the Rams make a sweet enough deal. Such a deal would resolve the Rams QB and cap problems.
