if they do nothing at QB and upgrade everything else - will go a long way

Maybe not all the way to SB - but playoffs, maybe division, maybe more than one playoff win. All of these are much more realistic upgrades, aside from QB which is incredibly problematic. If you sell the farm for someone like Watson - do we become the current Seahawks - which is basically just the Russell Wilson show and not much else. Or the Packers before they embraced signing free-agents - just Aaron Rogers working miracles on a 5 win roster. How many SB appearances did that bring?
