49'ers may have more cap room, a GM Rogers probably played against, a coach he may like, and a defense, scheme and weapons to give him a chance to get back to the superbowl. Also they may have the draft picks to do it. Plus he's a northern california guy.

I really don't think he's going anywhere, but this seems like the better fit, maybe?
