Attrition through a coaching staff, or individual players and their positions? I'm kinda thinking the staff as there are fewer of them and finding those that meet your needs/criteria may be more of a harder find. There are many more players to choose from through the draft, from other teams and those coming up through your own system.
A staff that can teach well, complement your ideas/view seems to me to be more of a challenge.
