time to move on... If we go 21 personnel, we need a true FB. Everett seems to lose focus and is a fumble waiting to happen if we put him in the HB position. Guy was supposed to be our Jordan Reed but he just didn't happen... again, time to move on.

By the way, i'm a bit disappointed in how McVay has used our TEs... being an ex TE coach I expected to see a better use...
