However, somehow, SOME way Snead/McVay must come up with help in all 3 positions and a few more this offseason. Trades, FA, and the draft must be explored and they’d better be hits rather than misses. No more Lewis type gambles, please.

I wouldn't put it as the center only. It's the OL. It's solid enough against many defenses, including some good ones, but is an exploitable weakness against several strong defensive teams. Rams will not have a top OL--or even a consistently solid one--if all they do is replace the center.
