I have 100% total confidence in McVay. I would not change him for ANY coach in the NFL, period. I think he is getting the most out of this team. I am not going to explain all the reasons I believe in him. This offseason will present many different challenges, but there is not anyone else that I would want more leading the charge in these areas. Just listen to his end of year press conference. He absolutely knows the shortcomings of this team, and he will do the absolute best with the resources he has available. I really believe with the talent being the same, there is no coach I would rather have.
I have less confidence in Les Snead as GM. But, the Rams did a real nice job in last year's draft with the players they brought in.
