Say what you will about McVay, the guy has an eye for coaching talent (Bonamego notwithstanding).
Its pretty amazing that a coach so young has been so successful in targeting coaches who are so good that they are considered HC Prospects in their own right.
Probably explains why his winning percentage of 67% is right up there with Belicheck (68%), Shula (67%) Paul Brown (67%) and Just below Lombardi at 72%.
This guy is a big time winner (Fact) and will not let anything stop him from reaching his ultimate goal (Opinion) of hoisting a Lombardi.
