Mahomes knocked out of game and won't return today

I watched the play where the injury occurred and I didn't see an obvious hit to his head. His head kinda scraped the ground a bit when he was tackled but I didn't see anything happen that would have had him seeing stars.... which he definitely was. He couldn't even stand on his own two feet. They took him to the medical tent but after a couple of minutes, he trotted into the locker room.

It's been ruled that he's out for the rest of the game with a concussion.
