and one of the things that has made Johnny H almost other worldly is not only his leg strength which leads to his great hang time and distance... but, he is also a great directional punter, and has the ability to back spin, or deaden his punts. That is why he's so great at pinning teams inside their 20. The last few games, I've seen him punting the ball almost sideways, like a soccer goalie. Kinda weird looking. I went back and looked at some of his best punts on video, and he normally has that great leg extension and high finish. It looks entirely different. I dunno... maybe he was short legging it to avoid the rush.
He just looks off to me. Is anyone else seeing that, or is it just my imagination? He's 21st in the league for Avg, but 4th on the list for inside the 20.
