In discussions re: our run game and how Mike Pettine is going to sell out to stop it. They were embarrassed by the 9ers last year and booted from the playoffs by that 285 yards on the ground. Which means it is a guarantee that they will do everything in their power to stop Akers.
I'll bet their practices have been hyper focused on run fits and specifically designed around trying to stop 23. And this is a good thing for our passing game. Well, it should be a good thing as to whether it actually is we'll see how the players handle it.
