Due to the way Snead/McVay have been drafting and developing defensive depth, the defense can withstand some poaching.

Right now my biggest fear is losing Staley. As for the talent, they've been doing a great job replacing it before it's gone.

I would hate to lose Fox but we have excellent depth on the DL. The drafting has been great. They haven't missed. SJD and Gaines, 6th and 4th round picks respectively, are the type of later round hits that will keep talent level high. So if we lose Fox, more time for Gaines and others.

Same with Hill and JJ. Long is ready to go in Hill's place and they have plenty of safety depth with Rapp, Burgess, Fuller, and Scott. Williams would be a huge loss if he got poached but they probably get a 1st round pick for it so doubt someone poaches him this year and if they do, the pick would make it worth it.

Floyd is the only player that will be a huge blow if he leaves. If he walks, the edge position is in trouble. And I don't think there is a Fowler/Floyd type they can pick up every year.
