But Staley has a VERY GOOD thing going in L.A.
Plus, winning is real, real fun.
If he goes somewhere, he does not have another AD or Ramsey or Defense like the Rams do.
IMHO, Staley is stayin' for at least 3-4 years total because that's how you create your resume' and start to formulate a Staff. You get to know people and don't just bolt for the next HC gig.
