Celebrate a TD with a quick routine, I'm okay-ish with that. Cheer, high-five, group hug after a sack or a first down, That's great.
11 guys running 30 yards down field to pretend to row a boat after an interception, well, I'm not sure why that isn't taunting, unsportsmanlike conduct or even delay of game.
