Certainly there will be nuances. But he fields a physical D that plays run first. And He uses a between the tackles power running game. So the antidote is basic: be at least as physical and intense as they are. Stuff the run. Keep Wilson in the pocket while applying pressure up the middle.

On O, it is similar. Match their intensity, protect the QB, and challenge their Corners. Rams MUST establish the run or they are in major trouble.

All of which says to me that the better choice for this game is Wolford because Seattle doesn't really try to fool you. Wolford's running could really be key on the Rams keeping the ball moving. And Seattle's physical play is going to get the ball out of Goff's hands a lot easier if he has a gimpy thumb.... which he is bound to have.
