Offensive Coordinator - McVay has gotten much better managing the whole team since his rookie year - but you see how well the defense plays because he trusts Staley and let's him do his thing. In addition to a new ST coach he can trust - an OC to run play calling would really help him focus on clock management / game management, etc. You see the success Andy Reid has had with Biennamy. Sean needs that, I think.
OL: My thinking is an upgrade at OC will make our guard play better. Allen is a bust and Blythe, while a good guy, is too light. Then maybe we can get a TD on 2nd and goal from the 1. I think this is our #1 team need. This team played differently when Sullivan was snapping the ball.
OC: Is McVay still our playcaller or has O'Connell taken on some of those duties? Is O'Connell just the QB coach? (In which case, he's not doing Goff any favors)
