Brockers is always cast off because of his seeming non existent rushing ability. His true and best strength is with the run game. I'll never forget our 1st Playoff game with the falcons....2nd Half when he went out the run D went down the toilet. The guy is maybe one of the best unsung run players in the league. The replacements have some big and important shoes to fill today.
Bet you the cards are very aware of his absence today. Hope like hell at the end we can at least lessen his loss and do enough to slow it down so it's not a constant 2nd or 3rd and shorts for them to work with.
Winning today will be stopping their run game as best as possible, without Brockers that's a tall order, but one I think we can handle (fingers, toes and eyes crossed).
