This stuff drives me crazy, If he would have had his team ready to play the Jets, If he would have had his finger on the pulse of the team against the Hawks, had he just paid attention to what every fan saw, we wouldn't be in this mess right now, we would have secured a playoff spot against the Jets and been in refining mode instead of fighting for our playoff lives mode.
I am very fond of McVay, I STILL Believe Goff can and WILL be a very good QB in this league. BUT, I am not blind and I see a lot of regression from Goff and what this team needs right now is a shot in the arm by a mobile QB who can add a different element to this declining offense. Now its up to Coach McVay to play to Wolford's strengths and not become too conservative. Win and your In mode does not work if you are conservative. Its all or nothing, throw the kitchen sink at the Cards. Dominate on Defense, and use those live legs of Wolford's to gain extra yards when the arm isnt able to.
