Hard to see an upside or a downside if you do not know the player. Haskins is immature, poor accuracy not any more mobile than Goff. Was benched after his first 300 yard game because he was celebrating that feat even though his team lost. Has been fined twice for Covid violations. Rumor has it does not have the work habits to prep like a starting QB. I see zero upside
