Playing to ensure an easier path to division championship. Maybe even a possible #2 seed.
Opponent was the winless 0-13 Jets.
Rams owning an elite D.
Looks like a recipe for a blowout by halftime, right? Rest some Ram starters in the 2nd half, maybe?
Nope. Rams found a way to lose this layup if a mismatch.
Just like they found ways to lose against the Dolphins, 49ers (twice), and frankly the Bills thanks to a terrible ref call.
I’ve said this before but I will repeat myself here. Underachievers annoy me. I can’t respect them and can barely abide them. This ‘20 Rams team has already lost at least 4 very winnable games. That’s 4 games when lesser players bested ours and/or opposing coaches outcoached McVay and his staff. The very definition of inconsistency.
I’m just sick tonight.
