There's AD, yes, and a strong coaching staff, and a bunch of other respected team leaders (AND strong performers) in Brockers, Whitworth, JJ, Bobby Trees, JG, Cooper K, Johnny H... who've also fully bought into "me, not we."
For better and worse across the NFL and other sports leagues, "team culture" is most definitely a thing.
And success certainly helps.
