Akers is the future and feature back of this team. He has something the others don't. He's got 3 down back size unlike Hendo and he has more of everything than Brown. Brown the goalline back? No rookie camp and mini camp hurts RBs quite a bit, so it took him a minute to get up to speed, he's there now. As long as he protects that rock, he's going to be the longterm answer to the question: who replaces Todd Arthritis.

Hendy certainly has a role in this O but Akers has a vise grip on that starter role.
