Both of them seem to get into our guys' heads and get them second guessing themselves. With McVay, I think that he respects Shanahan so much that he just assumes that Shanny will outthink him, and so ends calling unsound games trying to outsmart him.

I do think Shanahan probably understands McVay's offense well enough to help Saleh devise great game plans
