If I were the Steelers, would I be ticked off to be pushed back again?

This unique season continues to be unique, but the NFL continues to react in ways that surprise me.
Denver misbehaved per COVID-19 league protocols, so as punishment of sorts it had to play the Saints with no true quarterbacks available. I get that, the Broncos got caught breaking safety protocols and they truly did that to themselves through carelessness.
But whereas some other games get pushed back maybe a day, or other games must go on regardless of who is covid-free enough to suit up, the Ravens get close to an entire week to get some of their key chess pieces back available. The Steelers had chinstraps buckled, no doubt, ready to try for 11-0 on Thanksgiving night... only for the NFL to give their opponent practically an entire week to get a little more healthy.
Lots of things in this world I don't understand, and the arbitrary appearance at which these edicts are handed down by the NFL is near the top of my list.

None of the teams in the NFL or NCAA are following strict protocols.
