Never a good sign when the QB is doubting himself and "thinking" instead of playing. Nor does it seem like a good thing that McVay is referring to Goff as "the QB". I mean, isn't it kind of suggestive that he is depersonalizing him like that? I don't listen to a lot of the press conferences so does McVay usually refer to players that way? Does he usually say "Jared" or "Goff" and is now saying "the QB"?
