When Jon Gruden got $100 million for ten years, it was a huge deal. But his annual salary is less than Sammy Watkins.

Look at our defense this year. Floyd has played reasonable well for $10 milllion. But if you have to give up Floyd or Staley, who would you choose? Which one is having a bigger impact on the team's success?

Especially with no salary cap for head coaches, I don't know why the really good coaches aren't making $20 million per year, and the really good coordinators $10 mil.

Not particularly timely, just wondering if anyone else thought this is an odd disparity?
