Truth is, I don't think Tampa has the secondary to do it the way Miami did it and does it (cause unlike some, we know Miami has gotten to other teams too).
Agreed. Due to Miami's secondary, the Rams wouldn't be able to feast on the soft zone like they did with TB.
But I think the most important thing and probably the reason McVay mentioned Miami, is that there are counters for the zero blitz and the Rams offense as a whole executed them yesterday.
They executed the hot reads and the screens and made them pay. For whatever reason, the team didn't execute those counters against Miami and they could have despite a strong secondary since many of those counters are short routes or passes behind the LOS.
