They just need to start over - in the offseason and make Kicker a number #1 priority like I'm sure Fisher told Snead in 2012. Fisher wanted strong STs.
and Snead found him Hekker & GZ. Snead will need to do THAT again for McVay after the season. Thank goodness it's only a Kicker this time.
But, I'm confident Snead will find one somehow...and McVay will search high & low for a new STs coach. imo
