with Goff... and I didn't type "Goff" in the subject title for a very deliberate reason.. once his name comes up I don't think we, we has a group, can discuss it objectively.
I don't' think Goff's bad games, nor his good games, are dependent AT ALL on how the rest of the team is doing... and I don't get that... in fact it mystifies me.
There ARE stats that can, and SHOULD, show he does react to the team... but I think those are superfluous, (not sure that's the right word). He seems to me to enter games, play in games, irrespective of all other facets of how the team is actually performing. If the team is playing very well he get the stats... he has too, but it's not because "he's on his game". vice versa. - JamesJM
