I really don't think it matters which team wins. I can argue either way which is the bigger threat for the Rams. That said, I think I prefer the Seahawks to win because I think the Cards are a developing team, while the Hawks are stuck in neutral. Getting a couple of RBs back isn't going to help much. Their D is awful and isn't going to get better this season.
Besides, I think if the Cards lose the Rams will go to 1st (at least for a couple of day) in the NFC West.
I agree with the red bit--a Seattle win would be best for the Rams. I don't really know because I haven't seen them, but I wonder if the Rams need more help with Arizona than they do with Seattle.
