Yes, the Rams will win the tiebreaker if they split with Seattle and are tied with them in final record.
However, as I said,
this is about if the Rams lose to TB, and Seattle beats AZ this week.In that case, the Rams will be a game behind Seattle. Then if they lose at Seattle the Rams will be 2 games behind them.
The Seahawks would have to lose 2 of the 5 games against, Jets, Giants, Wash, Eagles, and Niners. AND the Rams would have to sweep the Cards, and beat the Pats, Niners, and Jets.
That ain't happening.
