Odd With MacGinnis

Seems to be a kicker you would want, has improved when given the opportunities in the AAF & XFL. With the drafting of Sloman and the history of Hajrullahu, MacGinnis seemed to be the kicker nobody wrote about, but I thought had the best chance. Overall I believe he was close and they had to bring him back for a reason, but with the signing of Gay are the Rams thinking now they want the bigger leg?
