Too many skill players?

November 17, 2020 12:40PM
I sometimes wonder if we put more emphasis on a few playmakers and then scheming to put them in position to make plays. Like - why not lean on Higbee more as a primary target rather than trying to mix in Everett. Or throw more to Woods and Cupp and let them make plays. They're good at it. Sometimes it seems like it's all scheme and not as much about talent. Just get your best in there on as many snaps as possible. Are we trying to be too cute spreading the ball to 8 different people? They can't all be great.

While a Gator, he was a clutch 3rd down guy. McVay needs to get him in there.
