We are going to need it until McVay learns the Bill Walsh killer instinct. He single handedly throttles down the offense and then hides behind execution. Everything is about execution but he is so inconsistent in his play calling and basically audibles out of momentum. Continually blames game situations for not activating plays and opportunities for our young offensive playmakers and then late in the game tries to get them a touch which is often counter productive for them and the game outcome. He is a momentum killer and rhythm breaker. Frustrating
