MB may be a plodder, but he hits like a brick and we need that physical play today. Henderson offers great north/south speed in and through a small hole, we need that today. Akers offers quick twitch and miss ability, we need that today as well. IMO coach needs to keep himself aware of all 3 today. A nice 150+ yard day would show well for us.....allow Goff to handle the game not be the end all for a win......that doesn't go well very often.
Add those 3 in the pass game as well and it will help immensely.
I know that the hawks have given little on the ground, but how much of that is because teams pass on them instead? Add in the high powered pass game they throw at you maybe teams feel they have to pass to keep up? I think you need to play them physically to get the upper hand.....our run game would do that...play action and bootlegs follow that up. Increase the tempo to make it a tough day for them.
