right now the way we treat QBs in their 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th year and beyond given he has talent around him his success is a nicety but he will have to grow thru this process and may yet find in a year or 2 that he is only human. Defenses will identify what he does well and what he struggles with as well as what the Chargers like to have him do or avoid and then you will probably have a whole new evaluation of him. He needs to make it to a superbowl and have a bad or a great game before it really counts.
